About Big Island Inspection Connection

Steve is a Graduate of ASHI (American Society Of Home Inspectors) and Roger is certified by NICA (Inspection Certification Associates, we take great pride in doing a thorough job and going beyond my client's expectations.

Our home inspection experience is inclusive. We encourage you to join us at the end for a full overview of our findings and we will remain on site as long as required to answer any questions you may have. Having you attend also gives us an opportunity to provide you with tips on home care and maintenance. For example, you can learn how to change your water catchment filters, turn off the water, gas, and electricity in an emergency, etc.

A home inspection is valuable, but unless the experience is well-documented, most people won’t remember all the important details. That’s why we provide a comprehensive written report to serve as your guide. It not only describes the house components and their condition, but also provides insight into what improvements could be necessary.

Our goal is to ensure that you can live safely, comfortably, and efficiently in your new home.
