About Big Island Inspection Connection
Graduate of the ASHI (American Society Of Home Inspectors) training course, I take great pride in doing a thorough job and going beyond my client's expectations.
My home inspection experience is inclusive. I encourage you to join me during the inspection and ask questions as we go. Having you with me on the inspection also gives me an opportunity to provide you with tips on home care and maintenance. For example, you can learn how to change your water catchment filters, turn off the water, gas, and electricity in an emergency, etc. Please keep in mind that my typical inspection is 4+ hours, so if this will be too long for you please join me at the end for a full overview.
A home inspection is valuable, but unless the experience is well-documented, most people won’t remember all the important details. That’s why I provide a comprehensive written report to serve as your guide. It not only describes the house components and their condition, but also provides insight into what improvements could be necessary.
My goal is to ensure that you can live safely, comfortably, and efficiently in your new home.
