OPTION #1

Water collection when bundled with a home inspection

(On The Day Of The Inspection)

Typical lab testing required by 99% of lenders is

OPTION #2

If only water testing is needed or we are required to return to the property at a later date an additional $50 will be added to the total for the sample collection, transportation and lab testing
