We are certified collector for AECOS Water Lab on Oahu

The buyer will need to contact AECOS, inform the lab of the samples your lender requires and pay them directly. A "Typical" VA or USDA water analysis costs approximately $450

OPTION #1

If we are conducting the home inspection, collecting the samples will be FREE if conducted on the day of the inspection. Your only fee will be the $80 shipping cost paid to Hawaiian Air Cargo to ship the samples to Oahu

OPTION #2

If you need us to return to the home at a later date for sampling the fee is $140 which includes the $80 fee from Hawaiian Air Cargo

OPTION #3

If only water testing is required and we are not involved in the home inspection, the fee is $240 which includes the $80 shipping fee from Hawaiian Air Cargo

If the home is more than an hour drive from HPP in one direction, an additional $60 will be added to the overall price of Option #2 & #3 for travel time to the home and back to the airport
